A question about my gaming addiction?

Is it healthy to only play my playstation after 8pm for a few hours before going asleep and keeping it off during the day? I used to play it during the day probably 10 hours a day or more but I'm trying to get my social and work life together.

Everyone's got an addiction. Only the ignorant view gaming negatives. Sure it has negatives like everything has negatives but here let me list off some positives...

Improves coordination. ...
Improves problem-solving skills. ...
Enhances memory. ...
Improves attention and concentration. ...
It is a great source of learning. ...
Improves the brain's speed. ...
Enhances multitasking skills. ...
Improves social skills.

You can either be some idiot whose great at kicking a ball around or you could actually gain a lot of positive skills making you a viable asset to society in your future. Sure don't go overboard because you need the good diet, the right amount of sleep and the right amount of exercise but gaming is actually a pretty useful hobby to have. 10 hours is way over the top.
