支票已過數問題 好奇問下如果支票已經過數入了戶口，發支票人方是否會有方法和權力要求銀行在收票方戶口取回款項？ 如果有會是哪種方法？ 請各方知識人士提供回覆，謝謝啦?

You can still request "Stop Cheque" from the bank if it is not too late.
However - keep in mind, even your bank may process your stop request, the bank receiving the cheque may not be able to reverse the transaction.
And it will cost you regardless.
