How easy is it to move out of home these days? And is it possible to do it on your own?

Quite easy. You get a job. And you get an apartment. Living with your parents is not an option if your job is a 1000 miles away. You don't have enough money, then you get roommates. You rent a room. This is how we all started out. Why is these days hugely different than a generation ago??

What are you talking about? If you have money, i.e. a job, you can go wherever you wanna go and live wherever you want to live. That is to say if you’re an adult, but you haven’t told us the damn thing so we don’t know.
