Can I take my own design to a tattoo studio or do they all like to make their own designs thanks In advance?

I found a cartoon vector sort of image online I’ve loved for a while and really would like it tattooed on my ankle but my sister said they won’t because your steeling an image from google. What do you guys thinks

Yes you can take your own design to a tattoo studio. Tell them you want to get that tattooed on you and you don't want to make any changes to the design. If you're getting any words in your tattoo make sure that the spelling is correct.
