1Jn 3:6  Whosoever abideth in him sinneth not: whosoever sinneth hath not seen him, neither known him. Meaning?

1 John 3:6 NIV

No one who lives in him keeps on sinning. No one who continues to sin has either seen him or known him.

Exactly what it says. Read the whole chapter for a better understanding. Pray and ask that the Holy Spirit will give and reveal the spiritual truth it contains to you. That is one of His roles and purpose in your life.

Matthew 7:7-12 “Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened. Or what man is there among you who, when his son asks for a loaf, will give him a stone?"

Abiding in Christ means you have the mind of Christ, total forgiveness.You know nothing of sin.
