As ethnicity means an individuals cultures, customs, affilations and associations in the country THEY were born, brought up, live in and in THEIR family home, so the food THEY eat, the langauge THEY speak, the holidays THEY celebrate.... nothing to do with their ancestry..you are Canadian

My mother's family is from Lithuania and my dad's side comes from Ireland. I however was born and raised in America

I am an American who can trace at least 3 lineages to 10 generations born in America, but we are of basically English, Welsh, & Scotch ancestry with some mainland European

Ethnicity cannot have any personal identity in people.Again this is not a major issue, I think.Racial discrimination has become a major problem among many ethnic groups on the planet.So it is good to avoid this issue carefully.I think humanity is the best identity of humanity, regardless of ethnicity.
