How would you invest $5,000 for high roa?

It depends on how much you know about trading securities and real estate.
It all depends on your expertise. If you have no experience, don t invest in either one.

If it were me, I go with trading since I have spent over 40 years on Wall Street.

I use Vanguard Total Stockmarket Index Fund . Very good diversity and expenses are not beat anywhere . Also no load (sales commission ) .
