I have a vintage AT&T telephone. Who would i take it to to repair it? A computer repair technician? --- and electrician ... or someone else?.
. LOL My phone is probably older than most computer technicians and wouldn't know what to do with it to fix it LOL
. It IS a touch-tone, but it does have a switch for rotary, too.

Old landline phones are incredibly simple. They almost never fail. Are you sure it is broken? Far more likely that you are not plugging it in to a POTS line.

Ideally a place that repairs radios and audio gear, hifi etc.
Failing that, try any local computer repair shop, a small one rather than any chain. If they cannot do it, they may be able to recommend someone who can.
