It seems to me that violent hate groups that publicly demand the overthrow of the United States Government are already committing Treason. To espouse racial violence and the outright murder of huge portions of our population, such as supporting and advocating the shooting up of Jewish synagogues and the genocide of millions of non-White people, seems like a further Felony to me. People who are committing these two felonies are raising children and teaching them Hate which leads directly to the murder of citizens as in the Pittsburgh and California synagogue shootings and the massacre in a Black church in Charleston, South Carolina by Dillon Roof. Yesterday, 21st July 2019, another redneck Cracker in South Carolina tried to drown a 15 week old puppy whose ribs he had already broken: Dillon Lark kicked his fifteen week old puppy into the Myrtle Beach, South Carolina Hilton swimming pool to drown. I am White but was raised with a Black stepmother who was one of the kindest and gentlest ladies you could ever meet. My half-siblings are Mixed. I believe that parents who publicly espouse treason and racial violence should have their children taken away from them.
Yes. Somehow it has always been a weird "sacred cow" to leave hate groups alone and "respect" their "right" to raise their children and teach them things like the overthrow of our Government. What the CRAP is THAT about.
Absolutely! Treason is ignored these days as though it were a right guaranteed by the Constitution. It is NOT. The First Amendment does not include yelling "Fire!" in a crowded theatre or trying persuade another citizen to commit a felony such as a theft or a murder. It is ridiculous that the First Amendment is invoked in the case of people plotting to overthrow our Government and genocide millions of our fellow citizens. These people bring up completely rotten kids who march wearing swastikas in Charlottesville where one young woman was murdered and who shoot up synagogues in Pittsburgh and California as well as shooting up a Black church in South Carolina (Dylan Roof Massacre). Such CRIMES are not "rights" guaranteed by our Constitution.
No. That would deny a person's first amendment rights to free speech. When it comes to free speech you have to tolerate the stuff you are offended by for the same opportunity to offend others by sharing your feelings.
