我破產期應該今年7月完結。我係3月收到受託人「將會」反對我解除破產的通知信，我即刻聯絡受託人，受託人話「個個都係咁，慣常做法，唔洗擔心，你交齊資料就得」，我之後按照指示補左資料，受託人無再聯絡我。宜家已經7月底了，無再收到受託人任何通知，我打比距申請補發對說明書，受託人答覆「要搞幾個月，耐心等下」。
咁既情況，其實我係已過破產期定未過呢？

Your bankruptcy should be considered as discharged automatically.
It is actually not a standard procedure to object discharge. Nevertheless, because only the Court can extend your bankruptcy, if relevant legal proceeding has not been initiated before the last day of your bankruptcy, your bankruptcy will be considered discharged once the bankruptcy period ends.
