One out of range reading is sometimes nothing to worry about. It can be as simple as a testing error, especially if done on a home meter.
Also, 14 hours is a little too long to fast. It actually increases the chances that your body had released stored glucose to compensate for so many hours without food. Your test could be the result of your own body releasing stored glucose to supply the body with needed energy. The usual time range for a fasting test is 10 to 12 hours.
If you get more readings that are higher than they should be, then contact your doctor.
If this reading was done by your doctor as part of a check up, the doctor might have you do more testing just to be sure nothing is wrong. (but, some doctors wait for the reading to go over 110 before reacting even though 75 to 99 is considered normal range. The range between 100 to 110 is sometimes ignored as a "fluke" especially if you have no other big risk factors, like weight, age, or heredity issues.)
