Highlighted blonde hair, how often to wash?

I’ve recently had my hair highlighted blonde from a my natural dark brown hair, I've heard washing your hair everyday with highlights can cause the colour to fade and wash quicker. I use to wash my hair everyday. What would you recommend?

It can but there's purple shampoo that you can use to help prevent the blond from going brassy. Or you can use a shampoo and conditioner that's meant for color treated hair.

Have a word with your regular barber for some remedies that he has probably recommended to other men.
