前面突然有車cut 線，自己dum 到 ，但尾隨車dum 唔設，撞到我車尾。車come、bumper 和尾箱都凹囇。對方在警察前也認跜車太近撞到我。車房話要一萬，對方話claim 佢保險。
因我架車也有十幾年，應唔應該整呢？
有冧過唔知收錢後晤整。唔知可以做？
其實claim 他保驗唔知 jack so 唔jack so 呢？
又要有咩程序呢？

1-3. You should file the claim regardless.
