How do I eat without feeling guilty?
I've recently lost a lot of weight and I want to maintain my weight and become healthy. So I've been trying to minimize my eating and make sure what I eat is really good for me. But I find myself going a little crazy trying not too eat too much. Idk Im always hungry and I can tell that I'm over thinking but I dont know how to relax my mind and myself.

get a book on nutrition by a nutritionist, not a pill pusher, who still hasn't figured out bread is a dead food, it's the processing that kills off the life it had, and you are actually eating for taste only, the real nutrition was killed off during the processing, so you are convinced it is good cuz it tastes good, but it has no nutrition in it, it was killed off, and you are happy to eat a dead thing cuz it's tasty ? we are never taught real nutrition, which is why I reco getting a book on it and reading it.........
Focus on intuitive eating, ie. listening to what your body is telling you about what it needs.
