我在美國ebay買了一個藍芽耳機,用信用卡扣款（非paypal)
我5/20下單，因為他是屬於預購，所以6/24才會出貨，而ebay delivery 日期是7/4～7/11。因為他評價滿高想說不會是詐騙。
但他目前都未出貨，聯絡賣家，賣家也不回。有這問題的好像不只我，滿多買家跟我一樣，所以紛紛都給了負評。所以覺得可能受騙了
如果7/11過了，他依然沒出貨，我打算在ebay上開 case。
我擔心的問題是，因為我是信用卡扣款，而信用卡也在5/20扣款完畢，5月信用卡帳單我也付了。要是之後ebay上case我勝訴，那我錢有辦法拿回來嗎？
求救~關於ebay信用卡退款問題~?
