I think my landlord has ruined my credit score, advice?

I've done an online check on my credit score and found that my score for Repayment Conduct is terrible, but I don't understand how.

I have never had a credit card and am not responsible for paying any utility bills for my house (my bills are included in the price of my rent and paid for by my landlord), why would by rating be so low?

The only reason I can think of is that my landlord hasn't been paying my bills on time and it's affecting my credit. Is this possible? (I live in the UK) How can I proceed from here?

You contact the credit agency to get details of negative marks. Then you contact those companies to see what happened. The bills with your landlord would have to be in your name for them to affect you. Unless you signed up, then they aren't. If your landlord is not paying on time, that affects his credit.
