今年7月15要去美國，之前辦的美簽在11月19到期。請問這樣的美簽可以順利出入境還是要重辦?

It depends on:
1. What kind of visa you have;
2. What is your purpose of the trip.
Generally speaking, you will be allowed to use the same kind of visa for the same purpose (i.e. travel visa for tourism) until it is expired. Otherwise, a new visa will be required.
