exponential function with base ½
y = (½)^x
compressed vertically by factor 3/4
y = ¾(½)^x
reflected in the y-axis
y = ¾(½)^-x
asymptote is line y=-4
y = ¾(½)^(-x) - 4
Check if this has y-intercept as -13/4. we put x=0
y = ¾(½)^(0) - 4
y = ¾ - 4
y = -13/4 check !

So the exponential equation is

y = ¾(½)^(-x) - 4
