All the sudden tonight, my computer stopped connecting to wi-fi. This had worked for years on same router with no issues until tonight. Computer will connect to router but not internet. It will also however connect to ethernet and to my phones hotspot. Its like all the sudden it doesn't like my home router anymore. Router is Verizon Fios, computer a Dell Inspiron notebook with Win 10 64 bit. I tried to reboot router and computer multiple times, a few of the times it said connected only to drop connection again. Any help will be appreciated!

Sometimes system updates will destroy network settings or Internet access. Did your "computer" of some sort with some operating system do an update recently? Check history in settings. Or do a rollback if your system has any restore function.
That is all that can be guessed from so few details.

Check to see if the wires are connected properly, namely from the router to the wall. Then maybe call the ISP to see if all is well in the area, or with the connection to your house.

If the computer or router has been moved and there's now something like a freezer or refrigerator between them chances are wi-fi is blocked .

try connecting at public free wifi.
if it won't, it's a bad wifi card.
if it will, bad router.
no hardware lasts forever.

Have you tried network troubleshooting?

Unplug power cable to router, push reset, then re-connect power. If that does not work?... then either the net is down or your router is dead.

Routers don't last for ever.
