我想問如果一個香港女生有加拿大國籍 嫁一個台灣人可不可以同時有港台加三個地方的居留權呢？

居留權不是國籍要多少有多少都可以

台灣不可以................................

Canada - Canada places no restriction on multiple nationalities.

Hong Kong - In accordance to the National People's Congress's interpretation, all Chinese (Hong Kong) citizens are considered Chinese regardless and their foreign passports are considered as travel document only.

Taiwan - Theoretically, all Chinese (Hong Kong) citizens are supposed to be Taiwanese citizens. However, Taiwan will not issue a passport to this group people unless residency has been established. Once you have establish the residency, you "reactivate" the Taiwanese citizenship.

國籍跟居留不同，居留是給沒有國籍的人可以居住在當地國。所以說，已具備國籍就沒有居留問題。
港女要在台居留，就要申請依親才能長期居留。直至滿一定時間才能申請領有身分證(國籍)。
