not abortion as people say its the womans right to have one if she wants but what rights does the child have. it says thou shalt not kill in the bible but that is what euthanasia is
Roe V Wade is not law; while common miss-stated as such, it is a court decision not law. Only Congress can constitutionally create laws. The court can deem a law unconstitutional in whole only. While the court has deemed rights not written in law and deemed portion of laws not legal while letting the rest of the law stand. Neither is constitutional. The balance of power requires each of the three branches have limited and enumerated powers only. Thus the court removing a part of a law is rewriting the law, not constitutional. If the court deems a law not constitutional it is sent back to congress to be corrected or it is removed from the books. I did not hear any 10th amendment argument in the debates. IF we fail to follow the rules of law; in the USA the Constitution, we have no rights just anarchy and mob rule. Both prolife and prochoice groups as a rule want mob rule and ignore the Constitution, demanding federal power over abortion/medical care while the Constitution does not grant the federal government that power either way. Thus a State right issue.
