Is there a way you can censor manually your own post on facebook or instagram?

I'm trying to post pictures, but im afraid some of my followers may find it disturbing. You know how instagram automatically censors some things. I'm trying to do that for myself. Is there a way to do it manually?

What your looking to do is not Possible Instagram and Facebook does not have any Features that will let you Censor Posts
