急！請幫忙，本人最近收到稅局追收92至94年稅款、經聯絡稅局後，回覆答案是我收了法庭傳票，地址是九龍區，但當年我是住香港東區，稅局要我出示証明，想請問我可以去電訊公司查返咁耐Ｄ資料嗎，以及我當年租屋是銀行盤，我可否去銀行查下嗎？請問有無機會查到呢，請幫幫忙?

In answering your question, it is practically impossible for you to seek information from a private company. Even they will have the information, they won't release to you.

On the other hand, something does not make sense here:

1. The statute of limitation allows IRD to go as far as 6 years.

2. A typical judgment has a validity of 10 years.

It may be best if you ask IRD for the full set of the documentation surrounding the money asking. As claimed, because the IRD is still actively pursuing the owed tax, the IRD will and should have all related documentation.
