Can doctors give anything for needle phobia?

I’m 21 and planning on going doctors next week if I don’t back out haha. I know I’ll need a blood test as I went when I was 16 for the same problem and they gave me a blood test sheet which I didn’t go for. I want to get it sorted now but I have a massive phobia of needles. I panic, pass out and have panic attacks as soon as see a needle or it goes near me. Is there anything doctors can give for this,

They can probably prescribe a medication to take the edge off, such as a benzodiazepine (but it depends on the exact doctor as far as what they prefer to do. Not all doctors are the same). They would then have you schedule the blood work later and take the medication before you show up.

the obvious answer is, DON'T LOOK AT THE NEEDLE GOING IN! Just turn your head away. all you'll feel is a tiny pinch.
