Creatine has never been connected with the things you've listed. The only instances of kidney problems were in those with existing kidney disease.
Creatine does not directly build muscle. The best case effect of creatine is a small improvement in performance when doing strength exercises - a rep or two more per set. If you're lifting hard, this can certainly help you progress faster, but it isn't some magic muscle-gain serum.
If you are not in the gym lifting, creatine is doing nothing for you.
Don't waste your money on protein powders (or creatine)! The actual amount of extra protein you would need isn't worth the expense. You will just be pooping out your money. Eating higher protein foods would be better for you.
You cannot change your genetics with what you eat.
If you are short and stocky, no amount of anything will make you lean and tall.
