why hasn't Halifax sent my new bank card yet.?

My current one will expire by the end of this month. I should have received a new one by it by now as they send it automatically close to the expiry date.

Why not contact the company directly? This would be the best course of action. Posting this as you have to Yahoo answers will not resolve your problem as this is just a chat based internet Q&A forum.
