Will I end up getting Schizophrenia?

I'm a 31 year old woman who has three family members who all have been diagnosed with Schizophrenia. My Mother, Grandma and my 34 year old Sister.

I currently receive therapy in which I have a diagnosis of PTSD from domestic Violence, and Major depression. I can't help to wonder if I'm going to be cursed to get Schizophrenia.

Schizophrenia usually either appears in toddlers, or in the teen years for boys, or in early adulthood for females. It would be rare for you to develop it at your age.

I think if u were it would have happened a long time ago. Unless it is late onset.

I have schizophrenia have dealt with most the symptoms my entire life. I don't think you have to worry, it's more of a lifetime thing (as weird as that sounds), like my psychiatrist explained it: "people with schizophrenia tend to seem a little off from an early age on."
