My mum and dad don't have a mortgage anymore. They are looking to move.
If they do, does my credit report get searched when they buy (as I live in the property ) or would it only be there's?

Your credit report would only be searched if you apply to be a co-borrower on the mortgage for their new house (if they're even planning to take out a mortgage).
