When if the best time to get a piercing? I'm planning to get one on my chin(labret) if I lose weight will it sag?

The best time to get a piercing is when you're around the ages 16-19. But if you are looking to be working a professional job in the future I recommend not piercing your lip. But if you take out this piercing, no it will not sag, there will just be a small hole (if you don't decide to gauge your labret piercing).
