本人已是在一地產代理公司做營業員freelance, 但有一間大地產代理公司的經理叫我同時以兼職身份做埋他的分行地產營業員，這樣是可以嗎？

The answer is no.
Your salesperson license is not valid unless you have been officially attached to an agent license. EAA is unlikely allowing you to officially attach 2 agents at the same time.
Also - your employment contract with your current agent should have a non-competition clause prohibiting you from "helping" other outside the company.

freelance 係自僱，做幾多都得啦，但兼職就算係打工，用公司法綁住你，你嘅私客就可能要歸公
