If you and they come to an agreement and they are the parent then they should be paying child support anyway..... other than that you would have too apply to the court for court ordered child support......... although there may be an issue proving that they are not financially providing for their child already ( depends on the country and the laws in that country)

I assume you meant to ask if a court can order a father to pay child support when the father lives with the mother and the child. Yes.

I am going to guess that you mean if a minor lives with you, you are asking if you have the right to demand child support from the parent(s). Yes, but only if you have legal custody, not just permission. And if you don't have express permission you can easily be charged with the crime of harboring an runaway.

If the parents of the child are living together a court will not order child support. If one moves out with the kid, then the parent can petition the court to order child support.
