Can I put someone on child support that lives with me?

If you and they come to an agreement and they are the parent then they should be paying child support anyway..... other than that you would have too apply to the court for court ordered child support......... although there may be an issue proving that they are not financially providing for their child already ( depends on the country and the laws in that country)

Yes, but only if you have legal custody, not just permission. And if you don't have express permission you can easily be charged with the crime of harboring an runaway.

If the parents of the child are living together a court will not order child support. If one moves out with the kid, then the parent can petition the court to order child support.
