Your only friend is going to be an oxygen tank. Take a quick trip to a cancer ward in a hospital where patients have had to have holes cut in their trachea and cannot even talk normally. Yes, and the fact that she threatened to physically harm you makes it even more important to tell. Most people who are addicted to smoking or have lung cancer from it started at a young age, just like your sister. If she was eighteen or older then it would be nobody’s business, but she is still a child and should be looked after as such. Don’t feel bad because you’re doing the right thing!
