Should you include old part time jobs on a CV when applying to jobs?

I need to begin applying for jobs in August, and I want to start reviewing my CV and getting prepared. I've had my CV when I was in a geology program, but its significantly outdated. On my CV currently I have my seasonal part time job working as an inputter at an accounting firm, my manager position at a store, and my most current call center representative that I had for roughly 2 years. On it I need to include the GeoCore program I was in, my field school, geology tutor/TA, and field school. Also, should I be including extra curricular activities such as the equestrian team I am on and my volunteering? Thanks so much!

During my years of employment, EVERY job was listed.
Even idle periods exceeding a month. Blanks were considered as Jail Time or Hospitalization.

The only things to be excluded are those activities that *might* indicate, Race, Political, Religion.

No, you can write whatever you want on a CV! There is no "law" that will tell you what you can and cannot write on a CV. At my longest job there was this big old fat ***** who apparently gave me a bad reference while I had no idea that an agency was going to call for references. I didn't get the job. So I scratched the bif fat ***** of my CV and got the exact same job from another agency. Don't trust fat old ***** bosses and other sociopaths and give them a nice 1 star on google while u are at it! Go get that job!

You include anything relevant to the job you re applying for and whatever jobs, hobbies, volunteering that also promotes skills they are looking for

I think you should keep it (you weren't there for only a few weeks), but if it's more then 5-10 years old you shouldn't include the job or don't use them as a reference. They most likely won't remember you if the job is that old.
Try to keep your resume at least 2 pages, one page for a cover letter the other page should be your resume. Most employers won't read through more then that.

I heard that it is always best to put your last 3 jobs on your resume

u may include or not include whatever u want in your resume, be sure it is not longer than one page - nobody is reading novels while hiring.
