Creatine question?
Today I bought some creatine and my friend said it causes hair thinning and hair loss is this true and should I take it??

Creatine is generally safe but might be an issue if you have existing kidney problems. Its a natural compound found in meat.
When you take it you also need water, it is stored in muscles with water that can lead to water weight and bloating. If this is an issue you can just stop taking it and you lose that water weight.
I took it for a while and had no real issues. Initially a high dose I had been advised to preload gave some bowel issues but I just went for a lower amount a day equivalent to what they had recommended as maintenance.
Looking on the topic on WebMD, it doesn't list hair loss as a possible side effect. However, I think it would be beneficial for you to spend a few minutes reading the article just so you're more informed about creatine, especially interactions with other medications.
