Do you prefer coffee or tea?

Water first, always. If I'm sick, hot tea with lemon and honey. If I need energy, i'll take a caffeine pill or get Starbucks.

Caffeine makes me sleepy, so both have some draws to them aside from non-caffeinated tea. I would have to say tea on chemical basis.
