My best friend has been blowing me off?

I cant help but feel hurt. My best friend or who I thought was my best friend has been blowing me off. He met this guy 4 months ago and since then hasnt been good about going to his classes and is blowing me off as of late. My Grammy died earlier this week. I texted him to tell him she passed and all I got was a "Aww I'm so sorry sweety". Its been four days since shes passed. I havent gotten a single text and he hasnt returned my calls. I got the hint and havent reached out to him. Hes been blowing up his Facebook about all the things hes doing with his fiance. So of course I'm hurt. Ive known him for 13 years and he knew how much my Grammy meant to me. She was like a mom to me and Id really like to talk to him but hes too caught up in his new fiance ( yes you read that right). Do I call him out on his behavior or be passive agressive and ignore him for the time being? I'm too hurt and emotionally drained. My Grammy had a slow death over two weeks caused by a massive stroke followed by mini strokes leading up to her passing. I dont want to lash out but I do want to let him know he hurt me. How should I handle this?
