He’s been bringing up the “if we were to ever break up” it’ll be hard because we have the best intimacy. Like He’s said it a few times the whole if something eve Happened it would suck kind of thing...
Am I reading too much into it? What’s it mean?
What’s it mean when a guy I’m seeing brings up “if something ever happens to us” conversation?

He's making catastrophe predictions, i guess. I have no idea why people do this. I just go with the flow. Relationships last until they don't.

That's a little intense for a brief two month relationship. Just tell him that freaks you out because you're barely even a couple yet.
