Does cutting any forehead arteries affect eyesight if left to bleed out?

If you were to cut a forehead artery and left it to bleed out would you damage eyesight or become blind due to blood loss?

If an artery was left to "bleed out", you would be dead and it would no longer matter if you were blind.
