I'm not sure what you mean by secondary oocyte, but the answers you want are:
Four sperm cells
One secondary oocyte (the other cells produced are "polar bodies")

I'm not sure what you mean by "round".
Generally a diploid cell will become 4 gametes. Girls have a few dozen thousand when born. Boys/men will produce millions a day from whenever they hit puberty
