我朋友整爛公司野 上左法庭 個官話五可以同對方有任何聯繫 咁過左幾日佢地打黎話肯賠錢就會同警方講話取消起訴. 之後問左律師 律師話五洗理 咁其實如果最後係庭到認罪又肯賠償既話，會五會留案底？？？

Unless a plea bargain deal has been reached prior to pleading guilty, pleading guilty mean criminal record automatically.
Also - the lawyer is absolutely correct. Even the company says dropping the charge, it is not a charge that the company can drop. The police and the prosecution can still proceed the case.
