請幫幫我....想恢復公屋輪侯資格,可怎做 本人2012申請公屋(3人家庭),2018審查因疏忽誤解,漏了報其它戶口,房署抽查後補回,但房署以提供虛假資料為由取消輪候資格 已上訴上樂富解釋, 找議員立法局寫過解釋信,但房署以無有效文件或理據以支持恢復申請,不接受。 請幫幫我…多謝?

樓上C兄已解釋得很清楚，你唯一可做的只有申請「司法覆核」。
