It's "How ARE changes" not "How is changes." Changes is plural therefore you use a plural verb which is are. Is is a singular verb. Your poor grammar might result in your not having a job in the future.

As automation becomes more and more common there will be less need for people - except for those who know how to create and service the automatons. People need to develop the skills needed for now and the future. Even auto mechanics need to learn the new technology in order to repair today's computer-reliant cars.

My advice to today's high school students would be to either go to college or a trade or technical school. Anyone without needed skills will be left behind and without a job and on welfare.

If your job includes drafting memos, your boss may tell you the difference between is and are.

We will all still work like it is 1699.

Workplace policies born out from established Politically Correctness guidelines and "laws" NEVER serve to make the American workplace "safer" for and to ANY degree; in fact, their end result spawns out quite the opposite.

Politically Correct "laws" and workplace guidelines only serve to DIVIDE and ANGRILY EMBITTER the American workplace.

Affirmitive Action: It's basically legalized discrimination: Deny one DESERVING employee's earned career advancement within a workplace business and award someone LESS DESERVING and INCOMPETENT the job promotion---only because they're:

a) Black or some other "legally recognized 'minority' ethnic group".

b) Female ( "legally recognized gender specific minority" )

c) Both a and b.

Sexual Harassment: Nothing more than a favored tool for an ambitious employee ( usually FEMALE: think "meToo" advocate ) worker to use in "knocking out" any employee aimed for job/career advancement and/or seeking some million$ in Civil Court. Such happens all the time---and is, as I write this answer, happening somewhere in America right now or is being planned, right now.

All courtesy of your Human Resource department; they work for the Employer---NOT the employee. When they're not busy with Affirmative Action or Sexual Harassment issues, they're helping the boss find ways to cut out the workers they feel aren't cut out for their business.

Since it's inception 30 years ago ( a gift from then First Lady Hillary Clinton, mind you ), Political Correct American Workplace Policies only have served to IMPLODE our nation's corporate power infrastructures.

I would support a successful Congress vote to RESCIND AND RESTRUCTURE these PC workplace policies---before complete corporate employee IMPLOSION happens, give or take---in about 22 more years.
