my clothes feel heavy when they are not (recently)?

a few months ago i wore hoodies and swepants all the time, even in higher temperatures. i'd been doing this for years.

they arent tight or heavy fabrics and i dont weight that much (around 58kg for 5'10)
is it my weight or maybe i have sensory problems because im also autistic
