Bought a 16 vhs lot on eBay and seller only set 6 of them with tracking number. What do i do, seller not responding?

Immediately open a eBay case say not as described I demand a refund eBay will not give the man his money and if the man does not correct the situation then you will get your money back after you send your items back to him he will provide to you a shipping label with which to do it.

Have you tried your time machine back to when vhs was a thing???

You contact eBay...just like everyone else who has a dispute...

If there was a packing slip in the package, there should be a note saying that more shipments will follow. If all the tapes have not shown up after a few days, contact ebay customer service by phone.
