Nothing. The degree is in MEDICAL IMAGING and that is pretty specific.
It is like ...getting a PhD in the growth cycle of the Northern Hawaiian Orchid and then deciding that you do not want to work with or around plants.
Seriously....
Perhaps you're referring to rad tech or sonography, and if that's the case, those in the medical imaging field have said that there are *not* supposed to be too many jobs in the field. If by non-medical field, you're referring to not having direct patient contact, such as in the radiology department, perhaps you may consider working in customer service, for instance, with a medical supply company. There may be a job in "general" customer service, such as for a call center.
I'm just curious why you're going for your Associate degree in rad tech or sonography, for instance, but have no intentions of getting a job in the medical imaging field. It's supposed to be a rather intense curriculum.
I hope we will all be here in 2 years. Good luck okay? Do your best.
do or teach others to do ...................................
