I would love to meet you in person at your office (in Vietnam); however, I am extremely busy with the moving of our factory in mainland China at the moment. Our company in Hong Kong is currently undergoing a major restructuring of manpower (human resources). So, I must stay in Hong Kong and could not have any plans for overseas business trips for a short period in the near future.

It is with great regret that I could not accept your invitation. I look forward to meeting you soon some other time.
