Please can an Aquarius man answer my question?

Im a Pisces female &was best friends with an Aquarius for a long time. As the friendship progressed, he caught feelings but I didn’t feel the same way so we carried on as friends. Eventually I caught feelings too. we ended up in a relationship and are still in one 5 months later, we both love each other very much and things were great in the beginning. He’s never been the ‘typical Aquarius’ who is distant &disappears all the time. We’ve planned a future together but one problem is I struggle to open up to him, &when I try to it’s like he doesn’t care what I have to say. Ive been down about some things lately&feeling like I can’t speak to him made me feel worse &I ended up breaking up with him but iinstantly missed him& we both wanted each other back so tried to fix things and had a long talk. We were only broken up for a week or 2 but during this time he spent a lot of time with new friends . I have absolutely no issue with him having a social life but it was as if he’d completely forgot about me and didn’t have time for me. We’re back together now& he’s still acting exactly the same, spending so much time with all his friends but has no time at all for me. It’s really upsetting me and I don’t know the reason why. I used to see him AT lEAST 3 days and nights a week. Now I’d be lucky to see him one. He used to always say how much he loved spending time with me and how he’d rather be with me than do anything else, but his actions now aren’t saying other wise. Please explain?
