What’s this fraction turn into?
I want this fraction 3/100 written as 1/some number. What’s the some number equal to keep both fractions as 0.03?

would be 1/33.33333333333333333333333333333333333333333
You can't write 3/100 as a fraction with 1 as the numerator and a whole number in the denominator. 3/100 is in lowest terms.
You could write it as 1/33.33333 if you like. But that is not a standard kind of fraction.
To get the form you require, divide both numerator and denominator by three. However, 100 is not divisible by three, so the number you want is (100/3).
