Having Summer tires on is not a wise idea. Anyone who can tow you would know how to pull it out. Usually a truck driver. Put on the 4 way flashers and open the hood fully to show you are in distress. This may get a Liberal to stop and offer aid. GOP says tough on you.

Go on and call for a tow. Rip up your coat and don't let the exhaust pipe get blocked by snow as you run the heater.

All Foreign cars have a hook somewhere where they tied it to the ship on the way over here. Although some have removable eye hooks that are in the trunk.

What are you trying to asking? How to tow a vehicle out from where it is stuck or how to try to drive the vehicle out?
