Why do some married woman intentionaly readily risk producing a mixed race child within their marriage.?

Because they realise a "mixed race" child is still just another child? Unless you mean she is having sex with someone else, and is claim it as her husband's? Or the "race' wasn't a part of the Human Race?
Married she is allowed to have sex with and breed with her husband. A lot do it without marriage too.

I am a white man who had an affair with a married Latina teacher at the school where I work who had two kids with her Latino husband. We ended the affair and she moved to teach at another school last summer. I saw her and her husband and kids at the mall in February. She now has a new baby!
